COVID-19 PROTOCOL (Effective May 15, 2020)

WE ARE CURRENTLY OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR ESSENTIAL SERVICES.

• Please call or text 814-942-7184 to schedule an appointment for an exam, repair, adjustment, or to pick up an order.
• When you arrive for your appointment, the door will be locked. Please text 814-942-7184 if there is not an attendant there to let you in. At this time, only the person with the appointment may enter the office. Minors and patients with special needs may have 1 (one) adult caregiver present.
• Prior to entering, your temperature will be taken. If 100 degrees F or higher, we will reschedule your appointment.
• MASKS (for anyone ages 3 years and up) ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. 

• Curbside service is available for picking up orders, simple adjustments and repairs.  Simply call or text to arrange for a staff member to meet you at your vehicle.
